Player Highlights • Went 2-3 in DH slot on Opening day for Post 206 (6-9-08) including double off the right field wall at Cape Tech in 12-11 win... including two RBI • Played brilliantly at first base versus Abington Post 122 in tough 7-3 loss. • Went 1-3 vs. Kingston Post 287 with RBI |

Lefty returns to Barnstable Post # 206 American Legion baseball for his second summer as he was with the team last year while rehabbing a shoulder injury... now completely rehabilitated, Lefty has been pitching for Boston College High School this spring where he is a top student for the Eagles.... was considered the premier lefthander out of Barnstable Little League as a 12-year-old and went on to play AAU baseball in his middle school years... now a junior he hopes to break out this summer in his return to the Legion diamond... a top, quality hitter who can play first base as well as outfield... has great movement on all pitches and legitimate velocity... great work ethic... solid teammate... selfless and intelligent... really knows the game.
