Personal Notes & Career Highlights

Bobby Higgins' addition to the Post 206 American Legion squad was deeply welcomed as the wiry, speedy, quick- and sure-handed infielder flashed some exceptional leather from the moment he arrived... knows hoe to get on base and can hit anywhere in the lineup and understands what his role entails and can put that knowledge to immediate use... extremely coachable and a consummate teammate... selfless and comprehends situational baseball and almost invariably gets the job done... Higgins will return to Post 206 next summer and we anticipate great things to come.... batted .364 in his rookie campaign for Post 206, a phenomenal effort.
